Teijo's landscape is dominated by sea islands, lakes, and rocky forests. In the lowlands, there are sedges, slope spruces, and water ravens, as well as a marshland rare in southern Finland. Canada geese, cranes, liros, and teals nest here; among the mammals, you can encounter roe deer and lynx. There are 50 kilometers of nature trails and marked routes.
