The Arkansas High Country Route Section 2 North map presents two loops:

A 434-mile central loop, starting and finishing at Lake Dardanelle State Park in Russellville.
A 238-mile northwest loop, starting and finishing in Bentonville's town square.

The two loops share 16 miles of route.

Compared with Section 1 South, the northern loops have more elevation changes and generally pass through more rural areas of outstanding natural beauty.
