The "Loop Hikes" (RB) offer hikers day circuits, based on the famous long-distance hiking trails, marked in white and red, the GR. Each of the Walloon provinces as well as Brussels has a guidebook offering a good range of RB.
This guidebook is the second volume of "RB in the province of Luxembourg" and complements the offer of the first volume reissued in 2014, but also that of "Family Hikes in the province of Luxembourg" and the guidebook "RB in the natural parks of Wallonia".
This second volume offers 16 new routes, mostly away from the crowds of popular tourist sites. From the Gaume region to the Famenne, via the Ardennes plateau, these hikes crisscross the province along the nine GR long-distance footpaths that traverse it. Varying in length and partially marked, these routes are described in meticulous detail! They include one or more shortcuts, and some even offer a map, depending on your preferences, fitness level, and the weather. The longest routes can also be completed in two days if you wish.
The most varied landscapes will pass before your eyes: deep forests, steep valleys and torrential rivers, panoramic peaks, groves scattered across fields and meadows… In the snow or under a blazing sun, amidst the thickest foliage or in bare nature, in the mists or the autumnal ochres, each time the scenery will be different and enchanting!
