The author

Yann Le Tolguenec enjoys cycling in all its forms: BMX, road riding and touring. A former board member of Place au Vélo Nantes and a cycling advocate, he obtained his professional qualification as a cycling mobility instructor in 2019. He has since worked to share the values of cycling. This is his first cycling guide for Chamina Édition.

The cycling-loop series offers routes of about 30 km or less on roads, tracks and greenways, accessible to everyone and suitable for hybrid bikes and family outings.
