At 1:20,000, this hiking map of Marina Baixa and the Serra d’Aitana details an area north of Benidorm, close to the Mediterranean. Situated between Gandia and Benidorm and rising to around 1,500 m, this mountain range is popular with Valencian hikers.

Its natural and architectural heritage includes medieval castles, hilltop towns, ice wells, farmhouses and livestock enclosures. Dry-stone terraces reflect the work of farmers cultivating the most challenging slopes. The map shows waymarked PR, GR and SL trails, as well as climbing areas.

Spanish publisher Editorial Piolet produces detailed maps of areas within Spain for hikers and mountain bikers. Initially focused on the Barcelona region, its coverage is gradually extending to other parts of the country.
