The Switzerland "My Holiday Map" by Hallwag combines detailed road mapping with a panorama of the whole country on the reverse.

The road map includes a clear legend and the rail network, with mountain railways, cable cars and chairlifts. Symbols mark viewpoints, campsites and sports and leisure facilities.

Insets show through-routes for 10 major cities: Basel, Bern, Biel/Bienne, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Winterthur and Zurich. The town and city name index is in a separate booklet attached to the cover.

On the reverse, the panorama looks south from Basel, with the Italian and French Alps in the background. Valleys and mountains are clearly visible; many peaks are labelled with their names and elevations. The rail network, towns and villages are also shown.
