Equal Earth Wall Maps

The Equal Earth projection shows every continent and country at its true relative size: Africa appears 14 times larger than Greenland, just as it is in reality. Created in 2018 by cartographers Bojan Šavrič, Tom Patterson and Bernhard Jenny, it gained major backing on 4 September 2026, when the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution encouraging its use.

We print Tom Patterson's Equal Earth wall maps to order: the political world map in 12 languages (including French, English, German, Spanish and Italian), the physical world map in French, English and German, and a "south-up" version centred on the Americas. Depending on the map, you choose the centring (Europe-Africa, Americas or Asia-Oceania), the size and the finish: satin photo paper or acrylic panel.
