This mini-planet hiking map explores the region around Spa, known as the Pearl of the Ardennes.

The area surrounding the Pearl of the Ardennes is also known as the Pays des Sources, or Land of Springs. Numerous streams and rivers cross it: the Vesdre in the north of the map, the Amblève in the south, the Hoëgne in the centre and east, the Ninglinspo and Chefna valleys, and the many streams flowing down from the heights of Spa to the Wayai Valley.

Enjoy the Thermes de Spa and drink from its springs. In Bérinzenne, visit the Museum of Nature and Water, climb the Malchamps Tower and enjoy views of the Fens. The legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit is nearby. You can also visit Forestia in La Reid, part wildlife park and part adventure park, with treetop courses and zip lines. Walks in the Blue Ardennes pass through Polleur, Royompré, Sart, Theux and Solwaster.
