Sweden mountain map at a scale of 1:100,000. The map, made of Tyvek material, is waterproof and tear-resistant.

The map covers large mountain areas and gives you a good overview of the mountain range, etc. We generally recommend maps at a scale of 1:100,000 for those who will be making longer trips or covering larger areas by snowmobile.

If you want more detailed maps, we recommend our mountain maps at a scale of 1:50,000.

This map covers large parts of southern Västerbottenfjällen and the northernmost parts of Jämtland, from Kittelfjäll in the north to Gäddede in the south. You get a good overview of Marsfjällen, Borgafjäll, Stora Blåsjön, and Härbergsdalen, and of course the obvious ones like Saxnäs, Klimpfjäll, and Stekenjokk.

We've come to the conclusion that the best material for a map is Tyvek®. It's made of a synthetic fiber that makes the map completely waterproof and highly tear-resistant. A Tyvek map won't tear in the folds and won't lose color when you use it.
