1. Shipping
La Compagnie des Cartes undertakes to prepare and entrust your products to the carrier within two working days following your order.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

2. Free returns/refunds
Metropolitan France
In accordance with current French law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once your request has been made, you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
With the exception of bulky items (wall maps, relief maps, globes), we will cover the return costs, either by refunding by SEPA transfer (within 7 days of receiving your return) or by sending a prepaid return label.
For any return request, we invite you to fill out our contact form. The return procedure (return address, practical details) will be communicated to you by email within 48 hours.
Outside mainland France
Return costs from any address outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.
