Anavasi's first map of Samos was created in collaboration with the Department of Landscape Architecture and Communication Sciences at the University of Bordeaux Montaigne, France, and the Samos Fire Department. Field research identified cultural, archaeological, and wine-related hiking trails. The map of Samos includes all the information hikers and travelers need on the island of "Pythagoras." Specifically, it lists 32 marked hiking trails and 8 suggested hiking routes.
