Created with the U.S. Forest Service and other agencies, National Geographic's thoroughly researched Trails Illustrated map caters for a wide range of visitors. Coverage includes Cache and Wasatch National Forests; Antelope Island, Willard Bay and East Canyon State Parks; East Canyon, Ogden Bay, Brigham Face and Middle Fork State Wildlife Areas; the Wasatch and Bear River Ranges; Pineview Reservoir; and the Ogden River. An accurate road network extends from Brigham City to North Salt Lake.
Activity guides give locations, elevations, facilities and other information for campsites, marinas and picnic areas. Clearly mapped trails have distance markers and include part of the Great Western Trail. Uses are designated for walking, horse riding, mountain biking, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. Winter trails are identified for skiing or snowmobiling.
