The Appalachian Trail (AT) Bundle of Maine Map Pack includes two topo map guides that cover the entire AT in the Pine Tree State. The AT through Maine offers some of the most challenging trail sections along the AT, both in terms of rugged terrain and weather conditions, and is not recommended for unprepared hikers. Each AT topo map guide includes detailed topographic maps at a 1-inch = 1-mile level of detail. Each page is centered on the AT and overlaps with adjacent pages, so there's little chance of getting lost. At the bottom of each page is a trail profile that shows the distance between shelters, campsites, and trail access points. The map and trail profile provide a visual, step-by-step guide to the hike, mile by mile. The Topographic Map Guide is designed for backpackers of all levels, from day hikers to multi-month hikers. The first few pages of the printed Topographic Map Guide contain resupply information, inland city maps, and more.
